Nickel 200 Socket Weld Couplings can be supplied in sizes according to the customer’s requirements and applicable standards. Common pressure classes include Class 3000, Class 6000 and Class 9000 , subject to size and specification.

The fittings can be supplied dimensionally according to ASME B16.11 . Material requirements may be based on applicable specifications such as ASTM B160, ASTM B161 and ASTM B564 , depending on the product and application.

They are commonly used in chemical processing, caustic handling, petrochemical, marine, food processing, pharmaceutical, synthetic fiber and industrial piping systems , particularly where resistance to caustic alkalis and reducing environments is required.
