1. What is an Incoloy 825 Socket Weld Coupling?

An Incoloy 825 Socket Weld Coupling is a nickel-alloy forged fitting used to join two pipes through a compact socket weld connection. It is suitable for corrosive chemical and industrial piping applications.

Incoloy 825 is also known as Alloy 825 and is identified by UNS N08825 and W.Nr. 2.4858 . It contains nickel, chromium, molybdenum, copper and titanium for enhanced corrosion resistance.

Common types include Full Socket Weld Couplings, Half Socket Weld Couplings and Reducing Socket Weld Couplings . Forged and precision-machined versions can also be supplied according to project requirements.
