An Alloy 20 Socket Weld Union is a forged pipe fitting designed to connect two piping sections using socket weld connections. Its union design also allows easier assembly, maintenance and disconnection.

These unions are manufactured from Alloy 20 / Carpenter 20 , a nickel-iron-chromium alloy containing molybdenum and copper. The UNS designation is N08020 .
