1. What are Inconel 625 Flanges?

Inconel 625 Flanges are nickel-based alloy flanges designed to provide reliable connections between pipes, valves, pumps, vessels, heat exchangers and other industrial equipment, particularly in corrosive and demanding service conditions.

 

They are manufactured from Inconel 625 / Alloy 625, identified by UNS N06625 and W.Nr. 2.4856. The alloy contains nickel, chromium, molybdenum and niobium.

Common types include Weld Neck, Slip-On, Blind, Socket Weld, Threaded, Lap Joint and Spectacle Blind Flanges. They can also be supplied with Raised Face (RF), Flat Face (FF) and Ring Type Joint (RTJ) configurations.
