1. What is Inconel Filler Wire?

 Inconel Filler Wire is a nickel-chromium based welding consumable used for fabrication, joining, repair and maintenance of compatible nickel alloys and selected dissimilar metals.

Common grades include Inconel 600, Inconel 601, Inconel 625 and Inconel 718 . Other grades can be supplied according to the base material and application requirements.

Inconel Filler Wire is commonly used with GTAW/TIG and GMAW/MIG welding processes, along with other compatible processes depending on the selected filler grade and welding procedure.

Common diameters include 0.8 mm, 1.0 mm, 1.2 mm, 1.6 mm, 2.0 mm, 2.4 mm and 3.2 mm , subject to the selected grade and application. Other sizes may be available on request.
