What is Hastelloy Filler Wire?

Hastelloy Filler Wire is a nickel-based welding consumable used to join Hastelloy and other compatible corrosion-resistant alloys.

Common options include Hastelloy C276, C22, B2, B3 and other grades depending on the welding application.

It is manufactured from nickel-based corrosion-resistant alloy compositions selected according to the required Hastelloy grade.

Applicable filler wire is commonly supplied to AWS A5.14 / ASME SFA-5.14 or the relevant project specification.

Selected grades can be supplied for MIG/GMAW applications where the filler classification and welding procedure permit their use.

Diameters depend on the selected grade, welding process and customer requirement. Custom sizes may also be considered.
